Well more like very poor but being nice. Not sure if this is before they started or are doing another soon. As they had a closing sale. No wonder the sandels I ordered I was not happy with and never a reply to many contacts to them. The cork on the shoes collapsed and gave me a blood blister on heel when worn. It was at time of closing so maybe a lot of other unhappy customers too : (
