With the Ninja Luxe Café Mini, the idea is completely different: retaining the pleasure of the gesture and extraction while letting the machine accompany the user.

At the heart of the device is technology BaristaAssist. The machine analyzes the coffee extraction and automatically recommends the most suitable grinding fineness among 60 settings. Its integrated scale allows you to dose the coffee to the nearest gram to achieve a more regular extraction, cup after cup.

On the espresso side, the machine works with a pressure announced between 9 and 11 barswhile filter coffee can be prepared in three styles: classic, full-bodied or Over Iceto make coffees designed to be enjoyed over ice.

The stainless steel grinder also contributes to the search for precision. Its removable tank 250g makes it easier to change beans as desired: stronger coffee in the morning, different origin after lunch or decaffeinated at the end of the day.
