Ingredients
- 150 g feta
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 15 cherry tomatoes

- 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) dried oregano

salt, pepper from the mill
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Place the block of feta in a baking dish.

Peel the onion, cut the pepper, onion and zucchini into small cubes. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Arrange the vegetables around the feta and drizzle with olive oil.

Sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano, season and cook for 35 minutes.

Mash the feta with a fork when it comes out of the oven, and mix with the vegetables.
