With approximately 5% vol., Portofino Light & Tonic revisits the great classic aperitif in a lighter version. In a highball glass filled with ice cubes, pour 50 ml of Portofino Botanical Spirit Light Edition, then 120 ml of Mediterranean tonic. A lemon zest completes the cocktail.

Lively, fresh and very lemony, it goes just as well with an aperitif as with brunch or a summer break.

Spritz Mediterraneo

Head to the Mediterranean with the Spritz Mediterraneo, at around 8% vol. Portofino Light meets elderflower syrup, fresh lemon juice and Prosecco here.

The result blends bright citrus notes with delicate coastal accents. Served on ice in a wine glass and decorated with lemon zest and edible flowers, it is a natural choice for an aperitif or lunch on the terrace.

Riviera

More structured, Riviera displays around 13% vol. and combines 60 ml of Portofino Botanical Spirit Light Edition with 5 ml of extra dry vermouth.

The mixture is worked in a mixing glass over ice then filtered into a pre-chilled cocktail glass. A spray of Essentia Dolce Vita brings the final touch to this elegant creation, proposed as well for a refined aperitif as a digestive.
