Apple gingerbread crumble

Ingredients

  • 5 apples
  • 100 g soft-salted half salt butter
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 100 g gingerbread
  • 80 g flour
  • 160 g of brown sugar

Preparation

  1. Peel the apples, hide them and cut them into cubes. In a pan, melt 20 g of butter with the split vanilla pod and 80 g of brown sugar. Add the apples and leave to stew 15 min.

  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (Th. 6).

  3. Bake the gingerbread for 20 min to dry it. Mix it to obtain a powder.

  4. In a salad bowl, mix the gingerbread powder, flour, butter and bridal with your fingertips.

  5. Put the apples in a baking dish, cover with crumble. Bake for 30 min.
