- 5 apples
- 100 g soft-salted half salt butter
- 1 vanilla pod
- 100 g gingerbread
- 80 g flour

Preparation

Peel the apples, hide them and cut them into cubes. In a pan, melt 20 g of butter with the split vanilla pod and 80 g of brown sugar. Add the apples and leave to stew 15 min.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (Th. 6).

Bake the gingerbread for 20 min to dry it. Mix it to obtain a powder.

In a salad bowl, mix the gingerbread powder, flour, butter and bridal with your fingertips.

Put the apples in a baking dish, cover with crumble. Bake for 30 min.
