Roasted plums in goat’s cheese
Ingredients
- 6 plums
- 1 box goat
- 1 bunch thyme
- 2 c. tbsp nuts (kernels)
- 1 c. tbsp honey
- 1 c. tbsp olive oil
- 200 g of bread rye
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Clean the plums, wash them, cut them in half and remove the stone. Wash the thyme, shake it dry and strip the sprigs. Cut the goat cheese into slices. Coarsely chop the walnut kernels.

Spread the plums in a gratin dish, cover them with goat cheese, drizzle them with honey and olive oil, then sprinkle them with thyme, walnuts and salt.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (fan: 160°C; gas: level 2-3) for 10 to 15 minutes.

Cut the bread into slices and put it in the oven 5 minutes before the end of cooking.

Remove the plums from the oven and let them cool for a moment.

Distribute 2 plum halves and goat cheese on each of 6 plates, season with pepper and serve with the bread.
