- 1 g pepper ground black
- 50 g fresh cheese type of spreadable cheese
- 1 c. coffee sweet paprika
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 200°C on static heat.
-
Cut the Morteau sausage into sticks then set aside. Peel and cut the vegetables into regular sticks. Cut the leek into thin slices.
-
Mix the vegetables with the olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and roast for 15-20 minutes until tender but still crunchy.
-
Heat the tortillas for a few seconds in the oven.
-
Spread a layer of cream cheese on each tortilla. Arrange the vegetables in the center. Add the Morteau sticks.
-
Roll the tortilla tightly to form the wrap.

Add a few rocket leaves or young shoots for a fresh and crunchy touch.
Lightly toast the wrap in a pan after rolling for a crispy texture.
Vary the vegetables according to the season: squash, eggplant or yellow pepper work very well.
