Château Peyrabon is located in the town of Saint-Sauveur, near Pauillac, in the heart of the Haut-Médoc appellation. The vines extend over an area of ​​approximately 50 hectares. Nestled in its green setting, magnificently located on a hilltop of gravel a few kilometers from Pauillac. Château Peyrabon can be discovered through the perfectly aligned rows of vines.

Fruit of the blend of 3 grape varieties (56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 41% Merlot and 3% Petit Verdot), it comes from vines aged on average 30 years and planted on sandy gravel resting on a clay subsoil. The harvest is carried out manually then the harvest is sorted on the table and destemmed before precise plot vinification, in stainless steel and concrete vats. This is followed by aging for 14 months in barrels, 30% of which is new wood.

This Haut-Médoc, dark purple in color with violet reflections, offers an elegant and intense nose, with typical notes of small black fruits and fine spicy and chocolate notes. The well-structured palate is ample, with beautiful substance carried by supple tannins and a long, elegant and fresh finish.

Peyrabon 2023 goes perfectly with red meats, whether grilled or simmered.
