One cup a day during a fast will make you feel full. It’s between waking up and your usual lunch time (if you skip this meal) that it will help you the most.
Preparation : 10 mins
Ingredients for one cup
- 1 cup of coffee
- 1 to 2 tbsp. to s. coconut oil or MCT oil
- 15 to 30 g of butter
- 1 to 2 tbsp. to s. heavy cream (35% minimum fat)
Preparation
Add the coconut oil, butter and cream to the coffee.
Blend using a hand blender to obtain a creamy consistency.
