California Soul Cocktail


  • 6 cl of Seedlip Spice 94 (or another non-alcoholic “spirit”)
  • 2 cl of lemon juice
  • 1.5 cl of cinnamon corn syrup
  • 1.5 cl of orgeat syrup
  • 2 orange peel zest
  • 1 pinch of Maldon salt flakes
  • 2 borage flowers


  1. In a shaker, pour all the ingredients (except the flowers).

  2. Place 1 ice cube in two Martini glasses, let stand for 1 minute so that they do not crack when pouring the preparation.

  3. Shake the contents of the shaker for 10 seconds and pour it into the glasses. Decorate with borage flowers and enjoy immediately.
