Chocolate-vanilla marble cake
Ingredients
- 100 g butter soft
- 180 g sugar redhead
- 3 fat eggs
- 200 ml of milk entire
- 2 c. tbsp vanilla flavor
- 50 ml butter molten
- 125 ml of cream whole liquid
- 250 g flour
- 1 bag yeast chemical
- 30 g cocoa bitter powder
Instructions
-
Place the butter and sugar in the mixer bowl, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
-
Add the eggs and beat for 30 seconds.
-
In a salad bowl, mix the milk, vanilla, melted butter and cream. Add this mixture to the robot bowl and beat for 30 seconds.
-
Sift the flour with the yeast, then add them in three batches into the bowl, beating until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
-
Pour half of the dough into a container, add the cocoa and mix thoroughly.
-
Line a cake mold. Pour the two batters, alternating the plain and chocolate layers. To obtain a marbled effect, dip the handle of a fork into one end of the mold and make zigzag movements to the other end.
-
Place in an oven preheated to 180°C and cook for around 40 minutes. Check the cooking using the tip of a knife: if it comes out dry, the cake is cooked; otherwise, extend cooking for 10 minutes.
-
Serve with a good hot chocolate.
