This week, we drink the history of a palace, we don’t break the piggy bank, we join a new club, we don’t miss the windfall, we bubble… This is the Gourmet Agenda for October 12, in brief!
We drink the history of a palace
Signature cocktails Bar Les Ambassadeurs
Bar Les Ambassadeurs unveils a new collection of 12 signature cocktails drawing inspiration from the soul of the Hôtel de Crillon. Emblematic figures, symbols, anecdotes… from 1758 to Bernstein, from Marie-Antoinette to L’Obélisque, each of these cocktails tells a facet of this legendary address on Place de la Concorde.

We don’t break the bank
Menu at low prices Restaurant Lalique
After the success of their first edition, the Restaurant Lalique (**) at Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey is renewing the experience. From October 16, the restaurant is offering, exclusively at lunch, a starter-main course-dessert menu for €59. This new menu, inspired by generous dishes from the gastronomy of yesteryear, is a formula designed and reinvented every week, to introduce as many people as possible to the establishment’s cuisine, without giving in to the high standards that are the chef’s signature.

We enjoy ourselves
Suzette Chocolate
Grand Marnier reinterprets the Suzette crepe, an iconic and inseparable recipe from Cognac and Bitter Orange liqueur, into a chocolate bar thanks to the know-how of The French Bastards bakers and pastry chefs. In a limited edition, this chocolate bar filled with a mille-crêpes infused with Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge©, a dark chocolate ganache, coated with a crunchy milk chocolate shell, will be distributed free of charge on October 17 and 18, 2026 and also sold at The French Bastards boutique on rue Saint-Denis, until October 23.

We enter a new club
Monsieur George’s Wine Club
With his brand new Wine Club, Monsieur George meets wine lovers twice a month, from October 15, in his intimate bar. In the form of a small group tasting and guided by Alban Panel, catering director and sommelier of the House, this club has been designed for those who already love wine as well as for those who simply want to know it better. We taste, we exchange, we ask questions and we let ourselves be surprised.
