Ingredients
- 250 g carrots
- 1 tablespoon(s) of mustard
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of stirred plain yogurt
- 1 level teaspoon(s) of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon(s) of cider vinegar
- 30 g walnut kernels
- 30 g of black grapes
- 2 sprigs of coriander
Preparation

Peel the carrots and grate them.

Mix the mustard, mayonnaise, yogurt, brown sugar and cider vinegar. Add salt and pepper.

Pour the sauce over the carrots and mix well.

Roughly crush the walnut kernels and chop the coriander.

Add them to the carrot coleslaw, along with the grapes. Mix and keep cool until serving.
