Lime, ginger and mint cocktail

A drink with ginger and mint to soothe the stomach. Recipe taken from Great book of women’s nutrition by Mindy Pelz.

Ingredients

  • 1 sprig of mint
  • ¼ tsp. to c. grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp. to c. lime juice
  • 25 cl of sparkling water
  • 1 sprig of mint (optional)
  • 1 or 2 lime slices (optional)

Preparation

Muddle the mint and ginger in a large glass.

Pour in the lime juice.

Fill the glass with ice cubes, then top up with sparkling water. Decorate with mint and lime slices (optional).
