Spotlight on fall flavors!

While the month of October is well underway and the temperatures are dropping, autumn is settling into our plates. With it, autumn vegetables, colorful and tasty, lend themselves to all desires: soups, gratins, savory tarts, risottos or even autumn salads. Autumn fruits are not left out: quinces, apples, pears, and grapes form the basis of our sweet treats and other seasonal desserts enhanced with autumn spices.

What menu for the week?

Monday

My shopping list for the week

This week, at the primeurwe slip chanterelles, carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, red chicory, potatoes, butternut, cauliflower, celery, lamb’s lettuce, button mushrooms, spring onions, radishes, shallots, garlic and onions into our basket. Side fruitsyou will need quince, apples, oranges, white grapes, plums, oranges, pears, lemons. Above all, we do not forget the fresh herbs : parsley, bay leaf, thyme, sage, rosemary, basil.

Let’s move on to thesweet grocery store with almond powder, brown and icing sugar, vanilla extract, maple syrup, mango chutney, dessert milk chocolate, vanilla sugar, vanilla pod, honey and sweetened condensed milk.

Make a stop at fresh department to take parmesan, liquid cream, smoked tofu, unsalted and semi-salted butter, semi-skimmed milk, cheddar, Comté, feta, blue cheese, burratina di bufala, brie, Greek yogurt and puff pastry.
