Bridging the gap between November and December, this week, we enjoy seasonal products, generous recipes, and dishes to share.
To welcome the last month of the year, we highlight autumn vegetables in velouté, vegetarian bourguignon, salad, or autumnal tian. Generous dishes enhanced with cheese for indulgence or honey for a sweet and savory touch. As for desserts, nothing but good! Crumble, fruit cake, or almond bites will brighten up the end of a meal.

Your shopping list for the week
Side vegetableswe stock up on carrots, chanterelles, porcini mushrooms and button mushrooms, baby spinach, celery stalks, potatoes, zucchini, sweet potatoes, endives, sucrine, lettuce, watercress, white, red and new onions, shallots, and garlic.
To complete aromatic herbs following: chervil, chives, parsley, thyme, sage, bay leaf, and rosemary.
For the fruitsthis week we are giving pride of place to grapes, golden and granny smith apples, bananas, passion fruit, pears, clementines, lemon, dates, and pomegranate.
The next stop will be at the department butchery and charcuterie where we choose chicken breasts, chorizo, and a beautiful leg of lamb for Sunday.
Butter, fresh goat’s cheese, milk, fresh and liquid cream, parmesan, mimolette, mozzarella, and morbier will be taken for the dairy products and cheeses.
In view of the different delicacies and pastries of the week, we check our cupboards and stock up if necessary with flour, sugar, whole and powdered almonds, honey, dark chocolate, vanilla pod, coffee, orange blossom water, without forgetting a small bottle of cinnamon if we lack it.
Pumpkin and sesame seeds, walnuts and pecans, hazelnuts and raisins should also be included on the list for oilseeds and dried fruits.
Side grocery store, we take the following products: wheat semolina, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, vegetable broth, olive and nut oil, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard and coarse salt. Not forgetting the eggs needed in many recipes.
We top it off with red wine and Grand Marnier for the alcoholsand bread dough, and brick sheets for the part bakery / pasta.
