It stimulates the immune system thanks to its richness in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. When you are sick, the best way to enjoy the virtues of cinnamon is to infuse it for example in a cup of tea, with a little honey, to relieve the throat.

The use of cinnamon
There are two types of cinnamon: stick cinnamon or powder. The two have different uses, but an identical taste.
Cinnamon sticks are perfect for infusions or flavor preparations such as creamy caramel, served with rice with milk. The powder is more concentrated in aromas and practical to integrate into preparations. For example, it is used to season roasted apples in a pan. Cinnamon powder can also be used to flavor a whipped cream for waffles or bring the final touch to comforting cinnamon rolls.
How to keep cinnamon?
Whether in powder or stick, cinnamon is to be kept in a dry place, out of humidity and light. So that she does not lose flavor, enclose her in an airtight box.
