Assemble the savory tiramisu in verrines: in each verrine, alternate successively: a layer of crumbled biscuits, a layer of PetitBilly fresh goat’s cheese sauce with Espelette pepper. Repeat these layers according to the size of your verrines, ending with a layer of carrots.
-
Cover the glasses and place them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours so that the flavors mingle and the tiramisu sets well.
-
Just before serving, decorate with a few pieces of grated carrots for a visual and aromatic touch.
