Tea time at the Ritz Paris

Olivier Lainé, new pastry chef at the Ritz Paris, unveils his tea time inspired by the French lunch. Composed of three savory creations, followed by delicate sweets, we taste a salmon tartlet, a lobster roll, a roasted seasonal vegetable sauce accompanied by soft focaccia, then a buckwheat baba, kiwi and fresh herbs, a sunflower flower and an all-chocolate charlotte. The delights don’t stop there, as each guest leaves with a creation to take home to enjoy at home.
