Negroni Week
Launched by Campari, Negroni Week returns for a 14thth edition throughout France and celebrates one of the greatest classics of mixology. Throughout the week, from September 21 to 27, 2026, participating bars will offer a special menu with 3 expressions of the Florentine cocktail: the emblematic recipe, a creative version and a signature creation illustrating the identity of each establishment.

Eugénie large format

Casserole of Bouchot Mussels with lemon at Léon
In peak season for Bouchot Mussels, an exceptional mussel, originating from Pénestin or the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, Léon offers an exclusive recipe. Until September 30, this mussel, raised on stakes, with orange flesh and a delicate nutty taste, can be enjoyed in a casserole of Bouchot mussels with lemon, with fries of course.

Daddy Cane Festival
From September 18 to 20, for three days, the Creem coffee shop is transformed into a gourmet playground with a menu designed by Chefclub around Muscovado Blond & Brun and the new Daddy cane syrup. Hot or cold signature drinks, pancakes and original cookies will highlight these products through new recipes, designed to reveal all their aromatic richness.

French Tea Time at Airelles Le Grand Control
Airelles Le Grand Control, Château de Versailles unveils its new “French Tea Time”, imagined by Pastry Chef Aymeric Pinard. After a stroll in the Château gardens, sit down to enjoy shell madeleines, Petit Versaillais, raspberry pesto tart, strawberry and raw cream brioche, cottage cheese and cherry tart, crispy hazelnut rooster… to accompany a strawberry spritz.

Until the end of November, Coutume welcomes pastry chef Juliette Bayen to her coffee shop on rue du Faubourg Poissonnière. Together, they imagined Le Bar à Tartes: a collection of artisanal savory and sweet creations, designed to dialogue with specialty coffee.

The Essence of Gin & Spirits
On September 19 and 20, L’Essence du Gin & des Spiritueux returns for a second edition. The largest show dedicated to spirits in Hauts-de France, it brings together exhibitors, producers, distillers, bartenders and enthusiasts to discover the richness of spirits.

Recognized for its expertise and the quality of its training provided to talents from all over the world, the École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie is taking a new step by opening its campus to pastry enthusiasts for workshops taught by professionals: Macarons, Christmas Chocolates, Christmas Logs, Galettes des Rois… Enough to punctuate the year with delicacies!

Food Temple Morocco
From September 18 to 20, the Carreau du Temple hosts the Food Temple festival for a tenth edition with Moroccan flavors. With chef Fatéma Hal and chef Abdel Alaoui as godmother and godfather, this edition places more emphasis than ever on the transmission of know-how, through workshops and masterclasses led by associations, Moroccan women and committed chefs.

We sit at the water’s edge
The Grande Tablée des Crozes-Hermitage
On Sunday September 20, the winegrowers of Crozes-Hermitage transform the Arthur Rostaing quay of Tain l’Hermitage into an open-air banquet. A huge table will welcome 300 guests, acolytes, foodies, local winegrowers, for a lunch with generous cuisine, concocted by local chefs.
