Ingredients
- 1 sprig of mint
- ¼ tsp. to c. grated fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp. to c. lime juice
- 25 cl of sparkling water
- 1 sprig of mint (optional)
- 1 or 2 lime slices (optional)
Preparation
Muddle the mint and ginger in a large glass.
Pour in the lime juice.
Fill the glass with ice cubes, then top up with sparkling water. Decorate with mint and lime slices (optional).
