Ingredients
- 4 large organic apples preferably
- 80 g mixed dried fruits (hazelnuts, walnuts and almonds)
- 150g ricotta
- 20 g of honey
- 20 g currants

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6).

Wash the apples. Cut the top part of each fruit. Using a melon spoon, remove part of the inside of the apple, the core and the seeds.

Chop the pieces taken.

In a container, mix the apple pieces, coarsely crushed dried fruit, ricotta, honey and raisins. Fill the apples with this mixture.

Place them in a buttered baking dish and bake for around 1 hour 10 minutes. Sprinkle with icing sugar when removed from the oven.
