A first grain machine from Carte Noire

Founded in 1978, Carte Noire opens a new chapter in its history by launching into the world of automatic coffee machines. Called Aroma Signature, this first bean machine extends the roaster’s know-how in a device designed to accompany the different coffee moments of the day. Its black silhouette with clean lines is part of a contemporary aesthetic, while its technology aims to restore the aromatic nuances of each blend.

An extraction adjusted to each coffee

The particularity of Aroma Signature lies in its Perfect Bean Match technology. By scanning the barcode of a packet of Carte Noire coffee beans from the dedicated application, the machine identifies the chosen reference and automatically adjusts several extraction parameters: the recommended grinding fineness, the water temperature, the quantity of water and the extraction time. The objective is to respect the aromatic profile imagined by the master roasters and to obtain a regular cup, without multiplying the number of manual adjustments.

The machine also accepts coffee beans from other brands, but the automatic recognition and specific adjustment by scanning are designed for Carte Noire references.

From espresso to latte, a personalized tasting

Aroma Signature is not limited to espresso. It also allows you to prepare milk drinks using a cup equipped with an integrated milk frother, designed to make cappuccinos and lattes. The Carte Noire application completes the system: it allows you to personalize the intensity, length in the mouth and recipes, then save your preferences to easily find your favorite drinks.

It also offers advice on use and maintenance as well as access to the brand’s range of coffee beans. Recipes like the Iced Vanilla Latte, the Orient Espresso or the Hazelnut Latte illustrate the gourmet possibilities of this new approach to coffee at home.
