Rhubarb and strawberry crumble

Ingredients

  • 500 g rhubarb
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 150 g butter
  • 75 g flour
  • 75 g sugar

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Rinse and hull the strawberries. Peel the rhubarb and cut it into small pieces.

  3. Arrange the fruit in the bottom of a buttered ovenproof dish.

  4. Mix the butter, sugar and flour. Crumble the dough like breadcrumbs.

  5. Spread this mixture over the fruit and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
