Ingredients
- 500 g rhubarb
- 500 g strawberries
- 150 g butter
- 75 g flour
- 75 g sugar
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Rinse and hull the strawberries. Peel the rhubarb and cut it into small pieces.

Arrange the fruit in the bottom of a buttered ovenproof dish.

Mix the butter, sugar and flour. Crumble the dough like breadcrumbs.

Spread this mixture over the fruit and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
