Ingredients
For 12 crackers
- 25g chia seeds
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 100 g of tiger nut flakes
- 5 tablespoon(s) dehydrated sea beans
- 20 cl of carrot juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) of coconut oil
Preparation

Blend the chia seeds in a blender to obtain flour.

Mix the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, tigernut flakes and sea beans in a large salad bowl.

Mix the carrot juice and coconut oil in a bowl, then pour the contents into the salad bowl and mix to obtain a thick mixture.

Mix half of this mixture in a blender, adding the chia flour until you obtain a homogeneous paste. Pour the resulting dough back into the salad bowl and mix again.

Spread the mixture on a baking tray covered with parchment paper to a thickness of 5 mm. Cut rectangles from the dough then bake at 100°C for 20 minutes.

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
