Crackers with carrot juice and sea beans

Ingredients

For 12 crackers

  • 25g chia seeds
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • 100 g of tiger nut flakes
  • 5 tablespoon(s) dehydrated sea beans
  • 20 cl of carrot juice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) of coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Blend the chia seeds in a blender to obtain flour.

  2. Mix the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, tigernut flakes and sea beans in a large salad bowl.

  3. Mix the carrot juice and coconut oil in a bowl, then pour the contents into the salad bowl and mix to obtain a thick mixture.

  4. Mix half of this mixture in a blender, adding the chia flour until you obtain a homogeneous paste. Pour the resulting dough back into the salad bowl and mix again.

  5. Spread the mixture on a baking tray covered with parchment paper to a thickness of 5 mm. Cut rectangles from the dough then bake at 100°C for 20 minutes.

  6. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
