Ingredients
- 2 slices of sandwich bread
- 6 green asparagus spears
- 1 teaspoon(s) chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoon(s) of olive oil
- 40 g of fresh cheese
- 1 teaspoon(s) chopped shallot
- 1 teaspoon(s) of mustard
- 1 handful of baby spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 slice of country ham
Preparation

In a pan, brown the asparagus and chopped garlic in half the oil for 3 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, shallot and mustard. Pepper.

Spread the mixture over the 2 slices of bread.

Then arrange half of the spinach shoots, the avocado cut into strips, the country ham, the asparagus and the rest of the shoots. Close the sandwich, then brush the top with the remaining oil.

Toast your sandwich in a panini maker or on the grill for 4 minutes.
