Mother's Day will take place this Sunday, May 26, the opportunity to celebrate spring at its peak. To do this, we prepare a flowery dessert! As an ode to sunny days and the feeling of love towards the one who gave birth to us, we invite you to prepare a sublime rose panna cotta. This recipe may seem technical, but it is as simple as it is quick to prepare. Once the cream is ready, no cooking necessary, just resting in the fridge. Enough to save energy and be sure not to miss out! Panna cotta can even be prepared with children (and the supervision of an adult), and thus allow them to offer the most beautiful gift to their mother: a little pleasure prepared like a grown-up and of course , with love.
A dessert that celebrates Mother's Day
This recipe is not only decorated with rose petals, but it is also flavored with rose syrup. A floral note that recalls the feeling of love and brings lightness and freshness to the plate. These sensations are enhanced by cardamom, a plant with minty and slightly lemony notes. For a touch of sweetness (and a tribute to the gentleness of a mother towards her child), we flavor this preparation with coconut milk! You will see, visually and tastefully, this dessert will go perfectly with the occasion.

Necessary Ingredients
3 leaves of gelatin
40 cl of coconut milk
20 cl of very cold whole liquid cream
70 g of sugar
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
2 tablespoons of dried rose petals
1 vanilla pod
4 teaspoons of rose syrup
Recipe sequence
Start the recipe by soaking the gelatin in a bowl of cold water. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, pour the coconut milk, liquid cream, sugar, cardamom, rose petals and the vanilla pod previously split and scraped. Bring everything to a boil, stirring for 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and leave the mixture covered, infuse for 10 minutes. Filter the cream obtained and add the drained gelatin, which will have softened. Mix carefully and pour everything into four separate cups. Leave to cool for at least 2 hours before serving. For the final touch (to be done when serving) add, to each panna cotta, a teaspoon of rose syrup followed by a few rose petals. Enough to decorate everything and create a beautiful flowerbed.
