Pineapple Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh Victoria pineapple
  • 1 cm of ginger
  • 50 cl of stirred yogurt
  • 20 cl of fermented milk
  • a few mint leaves

Preparation

  1. Peel the pineapple and cut it into pieces. Peel the ginger and slice it into slices. Wash and dry the mint.

  2. In the bowl of a blender, mix the pineapple pieces and the ginger with the yogurt, then pour in the fermented milk and mix again. Add a few chopped mint leaves, then serve cold.
