Ingredients
- 1 fresh Victoria pineapple
- 1 cm of ginger
- 50 cl of stirred yogurt
- 20 cl of fermented milk

a few mint leaves
Preparation

Peel the pineapple and cut it into pieces. Peel the ginger and slice it into slices. Wash and dry the mint.

In the bowl of a blender, mix the pineapple pieces and the ginger with the yogurt, then pour in the fermented milk and mix again. Add a few chopped mint leaves, then serve cold.
