Ingredients for 12 portions:

  • 500 ml of black bean in the drained box (or 500 g of cooked black beans)
  • 3 Wort eggs
  • 110 g of sugar
  • 5 ml (1 tbsp) of vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 3 tsp. rapeseed oil
  • 30 g of unwell
  • 100 g of Grenoble in pieces

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Oil and line a square mold with parchment paper.
Put the black beans in the food processor and mix until a puree is obtained. Add all other ingredients, except the Grenoble nuts and mix everything well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add the nuts to the mixture, then pour into the cooking dish. Cook in the center of the oven for about 25-30 min. Check the cooking using a toothpick or a knife. Let cool before unmolding.
Cut into 12 pieces and serve.
