Ingredients
For pizza dough
- 350 g of flour
- 1 baker’s yeast sachet
- 1 tablespoon (s)
- 20 cl of warm water
- 1 teaspoon (s) of salt
- 2 tablespoon (s) olive oil
For the garnish
- 1 small reblochon cut into slices
- 150 g thick crème fraîche
- 1 teaspoon (s) with semolina garlic
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 red onion
- 200 g of pancetta
Preparation

Prepare the dough: in a bowl, pour the yeast, sugar and lukewarm water. Mix and let stand for 10 min.

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (Th. 7-8).

In the bowl of the robot, pour the flour, add the water/yeast mixture, then salt and oil. Knead until the dough forms a ball. Cut the dough in 2.

Prepare the garnish: in a bowl mix the cream, garlic, thyme and honey.

Peel the red onion and cut it into thin strips.

On a floured work surface, spread the dough pieces, cover them with the cream preparation. Add the red onion, the reblochon slices and the pancetta.

Bake for 15 to 20 min. Enjoy without delay.
