Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potato
- 3 carrots
- 1 egg
- 1 peeled sweet onion
- 4 tablespoon(s) panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon(s) of curry
- 1 handful of roasted pumpkin seeds

frying oil
For the yogurt sauce
- 1 Greek yogurt

juice of 1 lemon
- 1 bunch of chives
Preparation

Prepare the sauce: chop the chives and mix them with the yogurt and lemon juice. Salt, pepper.

Peel the sweet potato and carrots, dice them and steam them. Mash them with a fork in a salad bowl. Add the beaten egg, finely chopped onion, panko breadcrumbs, curry and roasted pumpkin seeds. Shape into balls 3 cm in diameter.

Heat the frying oil, dip the meatballs in it until they are golden brown. Drain them on absorbent paper and serve them with the yogurt sauce.
