Flatbread, pear, burrata and date

How do we do ? Mix flour, yeast, salt, olive oil and water until you get a dough. Roll it out, brush it with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes at 230°C/gas mark 7.5. Remove the bread from the oven, add minced garlic, thin slices of pears, half Medjool dates and pieces of burrata. Add salt and pepper and bake again for 10 to 15 minutes. When serving, add sage leaves briefly fried in butter.

Gluten-free zucchini cake, burrata and grapes

How do we do ? Mix grated and drained zucchini, almond, tapioca and coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Grilled eggplant, quinoa with dried fruits and burrata

How do we do ? We cut the eggplants in half, add olive oil, salt, pepper, and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C/th.6.5. Mix cooked quinoa, chopped hazelnuts, golden raisins, and chopped onion. How do we do ? Sauté mushrooms in a pan with butter, oregano, salt and pepper for around ten minutes. Prepare a vinaigrette by mixing mustard, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil. Add arugula and mix. Arrange the sautéed mushrooms on plates, add the seasoned arugula and finish with burrata.

How do we do ? Spread tomato sauce on pizza dough, and bake for 10 minutes at 250°C/th.8. We take out the pizza, add burrata and put it in the oven again for 3 to 4 minutes. As soon as the cheese is melted, take out the pizza, add slices of prosciutto, chopped basil, salt and a little chili powder.

How do we do ? Brush the baguette slices with olive oil. Brown them in a non-stick pan until they are golden brown on each side. Brown the cherry tomato halves for 1 minute, add salt and set aside.
