In the meantime, on the plate, it finds its place in different forms which delight gourmets. First of all, smoked salmon is a tender dish whose aromas are persistent in the mouth. It therefore needs a fresh and mineral white wine with substance. But a Chablis or a Sauvignon de Loire will also be perfect with smoked salmon pancakes!
