No-cook fall recipes are all good!
Whether you lack time or the desire to embark on cooking, whether quick or long; or you prefer to skip it to save energy, whatever the reason, here are some tips for making these recipes a success.
The right no-cook recipe
Salads, carpaccios, tartares, toasts, or ceviches are the kings and queens of no-cook dishes. In addition, these clever preparations are suitable for all products: fish, meat, fruits and vegetables.
On the product side, we obviously focus on fall products that are suitable for no-cook dishes. Carrot tagliatelle, butternut or porcini carpaccio, beetroot ravioli, the possibilities are endless.
The smart tip is also to focus on products that do not require cooking, such as cheese, cold meats, canned sardines and tuna, or ready-made legumes. Thus, we assemble in record time a delicious and complete salad which does not only contain raw vegetables, which are difficult to digest for some.
What about desserts?
Sweet tooths rest assured, autumnal desserts that do not require cooking are possible! Cakes to leave to set in the fridge; the tempting drinks; and gourmet bars, fall within the scope of no-cook preparations. Cheesecake and tiramisu too. Sometimes, some intermediate preparations in the recipe will require the rapid use of the microwave to melt the butter or chocolate. But, thanks to this tool, heating will be very quick and will only use a minimum of energy.
