Although you can enjoy chocolate truffles at any time of the year, we prefer them at Christmas time. Undoubtedly associated with the end-of-year celebrations, these chocolate treats appeal to all gourmands, and can be prepared with many flavors. If the most classic version is that of dark chocolate and cocoa truffles, they are available with milk chocolate and passion fruit, rum, salted butter caramel, praline, etc. And we have fun with the coatings: grated coconut, chopped pistachios, chocolate vermicelli, or like here lace crepes.
