Green salads or pasta, rice, quinoa, etc. Salad is the ideal option since it brings a touch of freshness to your sunny meal while using seasonal products. Remember to bring your vinaigrette in a separate container, which you can add at the last moment.

For a successful picnic, you should not neglect the practical side. We usually picnic in a park and we must take into consideration the transport but also the place. You must be able to easily transport the meal, make recipes that do not need to be reheated and easy to eat once on site. How to stay hydrated

The sun could dehydrate you, so first of all, make sure you have enough water for everyone. But hydration doesn’t stop at glasses of water, it also goes through our plates.
