We take advantage of the last days of vacation to cook summer fruits and vegetables in appetizing colorful plates. Between eggplants, zucchini, peppers or cucumbers, we stock up on vitamins while watermelons, apricots, strawberries and even nectarines, bring us sweetness and freshness. We therefore rely on frozen desserts, perfect for cooling down, original and gourmet salads, and delicious summer dishes enhanced with fresh herbs.

My shopping list for the week
This week, at the firstwe slip into his basket pink radishes, cucumbers, zucchini, eggplants, romaine lettuce, tomatoes and cherry tomatoes, red, yellow and green peppers, peas, broad beans, spring onions, shallots, garlic and onions. Then, head to thesalty groceries to get spices: Espelette pepper, zaatar, saffron, smoked paprika and turmeric. We continue by taking balsamic vinegar, hazelnuts, sesame seeds, mustard, tabasco, breadsticks, chickpea flour and paella rice. Let’s move on to thesweet grocery store with honey, powdered sugar, brown sugar, muscovado sugar, dark chocolate, cornflakes, nougat, agave syrup, almond powder and raspberry jam.
We stop at fresh aisle to take sweet and salted butter, fresh cheese, brocciu, fresh goat’s cheese, goat’s cheese, mozzarella di bufala, whole milk, liquid cream and puff pastry.
