Seasonal products in the spotlight
As always, highlighting fall vegetables and seasonal fruits remains the best choice. Products available in quantity therefore with a more accessible purchase price; agreement with the season; and more local production, these are the great advantages of seasonal products. Bonus point: seasonal foods are also more in line with our body’s needs.
Butternut squash, pumpkin, mushrooms, cabbage, potatoes, sweet potatoes, cauliflower, and many others can be included in the menu, whether roasted, pan-fried, mixed, or fried.
Fall recipes
In autumn as in winter, we want something comforting. In this game, richly garnished quiches; creamy purees; or even dishes based on melted cheese, are just some of the possible recipes.
To add maximum flavor to your dish, we trust the cheese king, never stingy with his treats. Cheddar, Brie, Camembert, Raclette, Bleu d’Auvergne, Roquefort, or even Comté, they all have a typical flavor to offer. And the runnier it is, the better!
Cream, coconut milk or runny egg are also delicious ingredients to combine with soups, veloutés, toasts, or savory tarts.
