- 2 to 3 c. tbsp sugar (or honey)
- 1 c. coffee ginger grated fresh (or 1/2 tsp powder)
- 1 c. tbsp lemon juice
For the crumble
- 120 g flour
- 100 g butter cold
- 80 g sugar redhead
- 50 g almond powder
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Prepare the crumble: in a salad bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, almond powder and salt.
-
Add the cold butter cut into small pieces. Work with your fingertips until you obtain a coarse, sandy texture.
-
Distribute the crumble dough evenly over the plums.
-
Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes, until the top is golden and crisp, and the fruit is well stewed.
-
Serve warm or cold, depending on your preference.
-
Possible accompaniments: a scoop of vanilla ice cream, a spoonful of crème fraîche, or a lightly sweetened Greek yogurt.

Add a touch of cinnamon or a few pieces of hazelnuts for even more texture and flavor.
