Ingredients
- 250g of flour
- 10 g of baker's yeast
- 1 tablespoon(s) lukewarm milk
- 1 teaspoon(s) of salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) of powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoon(s) of vegetable oil
- 125 g of natural yogurt
- 8 servings of Laughing Cow
- 30 of butter
Preparation

Dissolve the baker's yeast in the lukewarm milk, leave to rest for 20 minutes. In a salad bowl, pour the flour, salt, sugar then gradually add the oil, yogurt and diluted yeast. Knead for 5 minutes or until you obtain a soft and homogeneous dough. Cover and leave to rest for 1 hour 30 minutes.

Once the dough has rested, oil the work surface, then divide it into eight. Roll out each piece of dough with a rolling pin, then place 2 portions of cheese on 4 of them. Cover with the 4 remaining disks of dough to close the naan by pressing with your fingers.

Heat 1 knob of butter, and cook the naan for 4 minutes on each side. Enjoy hot.
