Wednesday’s recipe: Dog boats
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 35 minutes
For 2 people
2 baguettes of 160 g
3 knacki cut into rounds
1 large onion
1 tbsp. tablespoon of vegetable oil
3 eggs
1/2 boursin with fine herbs
100 g grated Comté cheese
20 cl of liquid cream
1 tbsp. tablespoon of whole-grain mustard
Sweat the chopped onion in oil over low heat and let it caramelize. Add the Knacki slices and continue cooking for 2 minutes. Reserve and preheat the oven to tea. 6/180°C.
Using a small saw knife, cut the tops of the baguettes. We remove the crust and hollow out the bread, removing the crumb, so as to form boats.
We whisk the cream, the eggs, the Boursin crumbled with a fork and the mustard. We season, we add the onions, the Comté and the sausages and we start again in the baguettes.
Bake for 25 minutes.
