Clafoutis with white and black grapes

Ingredients

  • 300 g of white and black grapes
  • 100 g sugar (+ 1 tablespoon(s) for finishing)
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of t65 flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 30 cl of milk
  • 1 knob of butter

Preparation

  1. Wash and dry the grapes.

  2. In a bowl, mix the sugar and eggs. Add the flour and salt, then pour in the milk while whisking.

  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).

  4. Spread the grapes in a previously buttered baking dish.

  5. Cover them with the mixture and bake for 35 min.

  6. When the clafoutis is golden brown, take it out of the oven and sprinkle it with sugar.

  7. Enjoy warm or cold.
