• 90 g of browned butter
  • 125 g egg whites (approximately 4 small eggs)
  • 110 g of icing sugar
  • 100 g of almond powder


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°/th. 6. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Once melted, let it color a little until a nutty smell emerges.

  2. Using a fork, beat the egg whites a little. Add the icing sugar, almond powder and finish with the browned butter, mix gently. Pour the dough into financier molds. Bake for approximately 16 minutes. Enjoy them warm or cold.
