Red smoothie
A smoothie that allows you to fill up on antioxidants in no time!

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 2 beets (floods or cooked)
  • 1/4 (50 g) crushed lawyer
  • 1 rod (70 g) celery, cut into 3 cm pieces
  • 2 dates pitted
  • 1 1/4 tbsp (6 ml) coconut oil
  • 1 green apple, Granny Smith type, peeled and cut in segments
  • 1/2 tbsp (5 g) of flax seeds, ground
  • 30 g (2 tbsp) of soft/silky tofu
  • 250 g of strawberries
  • 1 lemon pressed in juice
  • 125 ml of coconut water
  • 125 ml of water

Preparation

Prepare the beets (if not cooked): boil or steam around 25-30 min. Leave to cool for a few minutes, then peel the beets. Otherwise take beets already cooked. Cut them into diced about 1.5 cm side.
Put all the ingredients in a blender or a food processor.
Mix at high speed about 1-2 min, until a puree is obtained. Stop 1 or 2 times to scrape the ingredients down. Serve.
