Whether you’re preparing a non-alcoholic cocktail recipe or not, in mixology, there are many recipes. While classic cocktails remain essential aperitifs, we can also play with the ingredients to vary our creations. Between fruit or vegetable juices, syrups of various herbs, flowers, lemon, tonic, sparkling water, ginger beer, and various alcohols – vodka, rum, aperol, gin, whisky, amaretto, cider, champagne – we combine, we try, we start again and we enjoy ourselves.
