Ingredients
For 1 large bowl
- 500 g of yogurt (goat or sheep), or fresh white cheese or faisselle

Zaatar (or fresh thyme + chopped savory)

olive oil
Preparation

Place a colander on a bowl and cover it with a clean cloth.

Pour the yogurt over the cloth and close the linen. Leave to switch to a minimum for 5 hours in a cool place.

Place it, once drained, in a container, add a drizzle of olive oil, then mix with a spatula.

Sprinkle with Zaatar and serve with mugs, crackers or pita bread.
