Mango compote with citrus fruits

Ingredients

  • 2 mangoes
  • 8 clementines
  • 2 tablespoon(s) of honey

Preparation

  1. Peel and cut 2 mangoes into pieces.

  2. Squeeze the juice from 2 clementines. In a dish, grate the zest of 4 to 6 organic clementines over the mangoes. Peel the clementines and clean the quarters well, removing all the white fragments. Add these wedges to the mango pieces. Cook everything over low heat for 10 minutes with the clementine juice and 2 tbsp. tablespoon of honey. Leave to cool before eating the compote.
