A selection of seven menus to treat you while you wait for spring
This week, as always as spring approaches, spotlight on March fruits and vegetables. Kohlrabi and asparagus are featured in comforting dishes with spring flavors, ideal for getting through the last harshness of winter. Winter fruits and vegetables, trusty citrus fruits, carrots and even beets, also feature one last time in our preparations before the arrival of warm weather. A delicious seasonal transition full of vitamins!

Your shopping list for the week
This week, we slip into our basket at the primeur leeks, potatoes, corn, kohlrabi, cauliflower, Brussels and kale, fennel, raw beets, green asparagus, spring onions, carrots, celery, green pepper and spinach. Side fruits, you will need yellow and green lemons, apples, pineapple, pomegranate and passion fruit. Above all, we do not forget the fresh herbs : coriander, sage, dill, rosemary, thyme, parsley, mint, lemongrass and ginger.
Little detour to the butcher to buy ground pork, chicken legs and veal fillet. At the bakeradd a good wholemeal bread to your basket.
