15 delicious ideas to accompany a barbecue

The potato in all its forms

In a gratin, mashed, roasted or steamed, the potato is a safe bet. With its tender, creamy and devilishly regressive flesh, it will be unanimous at the table with adults and children. You can also cook your potatoes in foil on the embers of the barbecue to obtain a naturally smoky taste.
