Morning coffee granita


  • 50 cl of leftover coffee
  • 100g caster sugar


  1. Put the sugar in the coffee, then mix until the sugar is completely dissolved.

  2. Pour the mixture into a dish 3 to 4 cm thick.

  3. Place in the freezer. Once the surface of the coffee has slightly set, take out the dish and scrape with two forks until you obtain a granita.

  4. Repeat the operation several times, then place the granita in a bowl.
