- 50 cl of leftover coffee
- 100g caster sugar
Put the sugar in the coffee, then mix until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Pour the mixture into a dish 3 to 4 cm thick.
Place in the freezer. Once the surface of the coffee has slightly set, take out the dish and scrape with two forks until you obtain a granita.
Repeat the operation several times, then place the granita in a bowl.
